Buildings sells its own brand of workshops, storage buildings, weekend
cabins, in-law's quarters, gamerooms and two-story barn style houses,
"I've delivered
all the way to Fredericksburg and north as far as Palestine, south
to Galveston and even as far as Cotulla," JM owner Jason Marsh
said. "I'll pretty much try to deliver it to wherever you are
within 100 miles of Bryan."
JM Portable Buildings
also offers special deals for construction on site. We can build
on site anywhere in Texas.
"If the metal building
can't be placed intact, we can build our metal buildings on site
for an additional cost," Marsh said. "However, within
20 miles of Bryan-College Station we can build our wooden buildings
on site for the same cost."
JM uses pressure treated
floor joists and heavy duty skids.
"In a lot of my
portable buildings, I put ¾-inch plywood floors. The ¾-inch
tongue and grove plywood floor and pressure treated joists are upgrades
we like to do for our customers. We use a 29 gauge metal exterior
with 26 gauge trim which is not standard in the industry. It's more
pleasing to the eye. Aesthetically, they're very nice looking buildings."
JM Portable Buildings
uses American General Financial and Texas Enterprise Bank for its
portable building sales.
