We want you to be very happy with your JM Portable Building. There is no charge for special orders, unless you change options (increasing or decreasing the price) or year model.

Build Times as of May on portable buildings in most cases is running 4 to 9 weeks.

Cabins, Offices and Finished Portable Buildings are about 9 to 17 weeks.

So whether you come by our Bryan, Texas portable building lot or our Huntsville, Texas portable building lot, please contact us about all of your Portable Building needs.

We offer free delivery up to 25 miles from our Bryan office. If you are beyond that, please contact the salesperson to quote you a more accurate cost of delivery. Please remember all of our buildings are blocked on concrete blocks on your fairly level site** at no extra charge.
